The End... and the remake.

Ok, so, its over.

last wednesday, i did my final presentation in uni ever, showing the final version of my movie, 'scarecrow'.


and there it is. some bits are good, some aren't. im happy with it, but i want it to be better.

my final presentation went quite badly.... i was first, we were told to hurry, i was sleepy from the night before.... but no excuses, i messed it up, easily the worst presentation ive given. i just wanted to show the film, so i rushed everything else, and forgot one whole section of my presentation, which im really annoyed about.

but people seemed to like my work, so thats all that matters.

the final push was hard, i didnt sleep much, and a lot of what i created in those last few days was very rushed. rendering was a nightmare as always, but enoguh things went my way that it was finished on time.

overall.... sort of happy. id give myself 5 out of 10.

now... new news.

REMAKE!

everyone hates remakes, so im getting mine done before anyone has a chance to see the original.

im doing this mainly for 2 reasons.

1: the animation is nowhere near what i want it to be to tell the story with enough clarity.

2: everyone and their dogs wants the flippin windmill and/or grass to move.

so im setting out to improve these aspects. along the way im also going to improve the edit, as i dont think it did the story justice.

and if theres time, the bird will hopfully get a make over, to fix some rigging issues, but im going to be careful i dont get too into fixing that... it could easily use up all the time ive got.

anyway, ill keep updating, even though nobody is reading, because this project is far from over.
